By commissioning me, you have agreed to and understand the terms of service provided below.
General:
I will not take orders from or interact with minors.This is a hobby for me and I work a full-time, 40-hour job on weekdays, have adult obligations most weekends, and am recovering from a chronic medical condition. I will deliver anywhere between 1 week and 3 months depending on my circumstances. I will let you know after confirming your order.My primary method of selling commissions is through Ko-Fi.I will only be able to work with visual references (art, render, game screenshots) of your character(s) and an image of the pose you desire, if any.I will only work with minimal text descriptions i.e. provided visual references with minor deviations. No long text descriptions.Details like character personality and mood descriptions are highly encouraged, but not required.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.I have the right to post/use the commissioned artwork in my portfolios/social media.I must be given credit when commissioned artwork is being used or shared.You are not allowed to:
Claim my artwork as yours.
Modify/alter/edit/trace/heavily reference my art in any way.
Use my art for/in any blockchain-related technology—including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future-related technologies.
Use my art in AI generators.
Failure to follow the terms will result in you being blacklisted.
Payment & Refunds:
Prices are in USD.
Full payment is required upfront for me to begin work.
Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.
There is a fee of 25% of the commission price to rush delivery.
Commissions are for personal use only—unless we discuss the payment of a commercial fee.
NO REFUNDS. If for some reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you.
